One of the newest designs for your outdoor space is resin wicker patio furniture sets.  The metal frames will give the furniture a lot of strength and the resin wicker will give you the feel of old time rattan furniture.  The Colebrook conversation set is a great example of this kind of furniture.

What do you get in the box

 

Included with this set is two swivel rockers, a two seat love seat and a glass top coffee table.  The brown resin wicker is applied over the steel frame that has a powder coated finish.  The fabric comes in three colors-blue, red or tan.  The set that I sat in and looked at was in the blue fabric.  The throw pillows in the pictures do not come with this set.

The two swivel rockers are a big bonus for this set.  After sitting for a few moments and moving the chair through its paces, I feel that you could sit in one of these chairs for a long time with comfort.  The round base gives plenty of support.  The chairs has two flat metal bars that gives the rocking motion.   Each chair is 34 inches deep, 33 inches wide (24 inches inside the arms) and 35 inches tall.  They will support 225 pounds each.

The love seat has room for two.  The thick cushions give this seat a lot of comfort for long term sitting.  The love seat is 33 inches deep, 60 inches wide (48 inches between the arms), and 25 inches tall.  The seat will hold 450 pounds of total weight.

The coffee table has a smoked smooth glass top that insets in the resin wicker table top.  Under the glass is a more open wicker design that will give your table some depth.  The table is 40 inches long, 23 inches wide and 19 inches tall.

Cushion fabric is a combination of olefin and polyester, filling is a polyester fiber and polyester polyurethane combination. Cushions for the chairs will be 4.75 inches thick for the seat.  Love seat cushions are 4.33 inches thick for the seat.  The backs for all are 4 inches thick.  These are really comfortable for long term sitting, I never got tired of sitting.

This set ships in one large box that is 49 inches long, 34 inches wide and 30 inches tall. It will weigh 171 ponds, just make sure you bring the right equipment to get this box home.

Assembly

 

Assembly will take a little time, depends on your ability.  Having someone to help will decrease the amount of time it will take.

Table will need top to be turned over, legs installed with the shelf.  Turn over and install the glass top.  The table is easy.

Chairs and love seat will take a little more time.  Both will require the sides to be attached to the seat base and back. The chairs will have two metal brackets between the swivel base and the seat base.  Just add cushions and you are ready to relax.

The love seat will take a little more work as the seat base has a front and back support.  The seat base for both the chairs and love seat have straps to support the cushions.

With two people this set will still take most of an hour or maybe more to assemble, depending on your abilities.

My take on this conversation set

 

I like the look of the resin wicker patio furniture sets.  This Colbrook set will take a lot of assembly time, once that is done it will give many years of great comfort and use.  Having three cushion colors to choose from will give you the ability to match your current outdoor decor.

Some articles state this set has seating for 5, only 4 will sit comfortably on this set.  I did try the chair and it was very comfortable with both the rocking and swivel motion.  Adding a fire pit for your conversation set will let you use it a lot longer into the cooler seasons, see the matching Colebrook gas fire pit here.
