What you get in the box
You will get two cast iron and cast aluminum chairs and a table With a bronze finish. Â The table will have an opening for an umbrella. Â A smaller umbrella and base will work for this set, not included in this set.
If you plan on using this set for long periods of time, cushions will be needed for your comfort. Â This is a great set for the garden area or a balcony.
Specifications
Chairs are 16.25 inches wide, 17.75 inches deep and 33.5 inches tall.  The seat is 16.5 inches above the floor. Each chair has a capacity of 200 pounds.a  The seat and back are cast aluminum and the legs are cast iron.
The table is almost 24 inches across and 26.5 inches tall. The top is cast aluminum and the legs are cast iron.
Assembly and other things
Assembly should take the average person from one to two hours depending on abilities. Â Some customers stated that the enclosed wrench was weak and they used their own. Â Do not use a power driver as you will over tighten and strip your hardware. Â No pictures are included in the instructions, you will have to just read to understand.

What you get in the box
You will get two sling chairs and a table.  The metal parts are made of steel with a flagstone powder coated finish.  The square table top is tempered glass with no hole for an umbrella.  The seat and back of the chairs are made with a knitted fabric.  The legs have plastic caps for rust resistance and non marking.
I have sling chairs on my front porch, they are comfortable without cushions for long periods of time sitting.

The chairs are 22.25 inches wide, 25 inches deep and 34.5 inches tall. Â The seat is 18 inches between the arms and 18 inches deep. Â Each chair will support 250 pounds. Â The chairs will stack for storage when needed.
The table is 24 inches square and 28 inches tall. Â The tempered glass top will break if table is dropped.
Assembly and other things
Assembly will take longer than most sets. Â I find that the sling chairs are the most difficult to assemble. Â Any dropping of the box during storage or shipping will make aligning the assembly holes difficult. Â This set is no different. Â Once assembly is finished this set will last a long time and be very comfortable to sit at and has a great style.
Shipping box is 6 inches wide, 24 inches tall and 40 inches long.

You will get two chairs that have a rocking motion with seat cushions and a round table. Â The table does not have a hole for an umbrella. Â The metal parts are steel painted black. Â The cushions can be had in red or green.

Assembly and other things
This set will not require much assembly. Â The top of the table and the chair seats just need legs to be attached. Â The box is 26 inches wide, 26 inches deep and 27 inches tall, almost a square box. Â It will weigh 62 pounds.
Some customers did complain about the fabric not holding its color if left out for several seasons. Â Getting some kind of storage container for the cushions will extend their life.

In the box you will find two chairs that swivel, some customers state that they rock. Â They are not made to rock, the post might not fit real tight on the chairs that the customers stated that rocked slightly. Â The chairs have a reddish orange colored cushion for the seat and back, with a stripped lumbar support pillow for each chair. Â The table has a tempered glass top and no hole for an umbrella.
This set is made of a steel frame that is covered with a resin wicker material finished in a reddish brown color.
Specifications
The chairs are about 26 inches wide, 25 inches deep and 38 inches high. Â The seat is 20 inches wide, 19 inches deep and 14.75 inches high without the cushions. Â Each chair will support 225 pounds.
The seat cushions are 21.75 inches wide, 21.25 inches deep and 3.75 inches thick. Â The back cushion is 21.5 inches wide, 20.5 inches high and 3 inches thick. The shipping box is 31.5 inches long, 30 inches wide and 26.5 inches tall. Â It weighs almost 100 pounds, most will need help moving around.
This set is the best for long term sitting in your outdoor space, it will require more room as the chairs take a bigger footprint. Â Many have stated that the cushions will not keep there color after several seasons, maybe some storage container will extend the life of your set.

I do need a new patio set but I live in a wet climate (more times it’s raining than not!) and I don’t want to have to keep bringing patio furniture in and out of storage, are these waterproof or not? I’m liking the Azalea Ridge set but I’d want to be able to leave them out in the rain. The cushions of the Clayton Court Bistro Set look like they could be brought indoors without the rest of the set which is good. I do like a wee coffee out on the patio first thing in the morning and a wee beer of an evening. The right set that I could leave out would be just the perfect addition to my lovely patio.

Leaving the chairs out will be no problem, I would have some kind of storage space for the cushions when not in use. Any kind of extreme weather will shorten the use able life of the color and filler.

This Better Homes and Gardens Rose 3-Piece Bistro Set looks to be a perfect size for my space. I have a small balcony off the master bedroom and am always looking for small table and chairs. My question is will these hold up over time. I live in the North East. How are they out in the rain? will they rust?

The upper parts of the table and chairs are made of cast aluminum, no rust problem. The legs are made from cast iron. Make sure the surface is coated with paint if it gets chipped. Just sand and repaint if needed. It should last for a long time without a lot of care. Wash with a mild soap if dirt or mildew starts to build up.

Mainstays Sand Dune 3-Piece Outdoor Bistro Set is the one I would get. I am a big guy so I need a strong chair. I also like the design of it. Too bad you can’t put an umbrella on the table.

Most of the small tables are not steady enough for an umbrella. The legs are not far enough apart and they do not weigh much. This is the advantage of these small sets. If you like the set get an offset umbrella to go over the furniture, they do take up a big space.

Been looking for better stuff for our deck. It does spend the majority of it’s day in the shade and tends to be a little damper due to that. Also, the deck is fairly small.
What would you recommend considering the dampness and also, it can’t be the top set as my neighbors have something very similar to that… lol.

The second set with the sling chairs would work well. The fabric does not hold water and will dry quickly after a rain. Most will come with an aluminum frame or with a strong powder coated finish. I have had mine sitting on the front porch for several years and it still looks like new.

I would get some kind of storage for the cushions. Any cushions that are left in the wet will not last long.

Not all stores carry the same items. You can site to store almost any item without additional cost. This would have to be ordered online. If you check out the prices sometimes the online price is much lower.

I like the design on the first one. Looks really cool! They all look nice and match really well. I guess it really depends on what you are looking for in a patio. Do you want a more modern feel? Or a more nature-like feel?
