The swivel chairs can be purchased separately, this will be good for someone that likes the collection and wants to add just a couple of chairs. This will also be helpful if you move to a new home with a larger outdoor area and want to match your present patio furniture.
The chairs have a steel woven back for comfort. The chairs are 25.75 inches deep, 23.5 inches wide and 35.5 inches tall. The seat is 18 inches deep, 20 inches wide and the seat will be 15.75 high of the surface without the cushion.
The seat cushions are covered with Olefin fabric and polyester filling. They are 20.5 inches wide, 20 inches long and 3 inches thick. The pillow is both covered with polyester and has polyester filling. The lumbar pillows are 17.5 inches long, 10 inches tall and 4.5 inches thick.

The chat set includes the same swivel chairs with a steel side table that is 18.5 inches square and 21.5 inches tall. The top of the table has slats for the top surface.

My take on this collection
Just because you have a smaller outdoor space does not mean that you cannot get good looking furniture. The small patio furniture from the Lynnhaven Park collection will give you three choices for seating or dining in your outdoor space. I like the chairs swivel and have thick cushions for long term sitting. I have swivel sling chairs on my front porch during the warmer months, with a small cushion I can sit and read for many hours in comfort.
Adding a side or bistro table will make this set something that you can get the most use out of. I did have a set of swivel chairs from a set I purchased over 25 years ago. The chair bolts did rust enough to break one of the chairs a couple of years ago, this set will last a lot of years if it is anything like the set I had.

Hello John, I just read your article about this outdoor set, it was very informative and gave me a few ideas of how I could take advantage of my outdoor space at home. We don’t have a big place, but I always wanted a cozy outdoor place where I could sit and read and relax for a bit.
I have one question though, maybe you can give me a hand here, where I live the sun hits like a hammer and I’m worried about if this could damage the materials of the chairs?

The cushions and pillows should be stored out of the sun for extended life. No matter what the material they are made of, the sun will take it toll on them. I would recommend a small storage cabinet or take them inside. The frames will last for 10 to 15 years outside with little or no care without to much trouble.

You know, I am getting ready to sell my house and I just had the pool and patio all redone. There is no patio furniture out there, and my realtor said I need to have patio furniture to make it look homey….well I really didn’t want to go to a huge expense and this is not the right time of year to find it. Having furniture for staging is not uncommon. If you look at the big shows on HGTV they all use staging to get a better price for their homes when selling. Spending a little to make it look more homey will get you at least double your investment.

Having a small space should not keep you from using your outdoor or patio space. Having smaller furniture will give you more room to entertain.
