What do you get in the box

 

You will get a love seat, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table and 2 end tables.  The frames will be steel with a powder coated finish covered with a woven resin wicker material.  The resin wicker is made from recycled materials.  The tables will have a tempered glass to cover the resin wicker tops, no shelves on these tables.

The are smaller than the standard size, the coffee table is 31.5 inches long, 17.5 inches wide and 15 inches tall.  Most coffee tables are 40 inches by 20 inches and 18 inches tall.  The side tables are 15 inches square and 13 inches tall. The side tables will fit under the coffee table when not needed.

The chairs are 24.5 inches wide, 27.5 inches deep and 29.75 inches tall.  The love seat will be 44.5 inches wide with the same other measurements.  Each seating position will support 250 pounds.

Cushions have a foam center with a polyester blend fabric cover.  This is not as good as the Olefin material found on better units, it will require the cushions and pillows to be stored to extend their outdoor life.  The covers will have zippers so they can be removed for cleaning or replacing.

Assembly and care of this conversation set

 

Assembly of the tables will be just adding the legs sets to each end of the table tops using the included tools and hardware.  Add glass top and attach with the enclosed hardware.

Assembly of the seating pieces will take a little more effort.  The arms have to be attached to the seating portion, then the back is installed. May need some extra hands with these as you will have to hold awkward parts while trying to tighten hardware.  Set up on legs for final tightening for best results.

Cushion covers will have to be installed over the foam before use.  The cushions should be in a bag, this will be the color difference in each set.

When this set needs cleaning, only use a mild soap and water mixture.  Any other chemicals including glass cleaner may damage the painted surfaces.

My final opinion of this conversation set

 

If you need extra tables for your guest to sit their drinks and snacks on the Chelsea resin wicker patio furniture set from Walmart. com will work well with most budgets.  The biggest drawback to this set is its physical size, it is much smaller than  by sets of conversation furniture.  I would think this set would be better for outdoor spaces that are smaller in size, less than 8 X 8 feet, or people of smaller size, not kids but smaller adults.  Larger people should avoid this set.

Having the wicker look for under $650 is a great bargain for this set.  The resin wicker will last very well in the outdoor environment, the cushions will last a lot less time if not stored when not needed.
