Willow Sage Bistro Set Details
The Willow Sage bistro set will have steel frames with a brown powder-coated finish. A woven resin wicker material will look very similar to a rattan material.
Most resin wicker is made from recycled materials and is color dyed to hold its color in most outdoor weather conditions. The big problem with this material is a pet or other animal chewing on the finish.
The cushions will be made from a 50% recycled polyester material. Cloth ties at the back corner of each cushion will hold them in place.
The chairs are 26.5 inches wide, 25.2 inches deep, and 31.1 inches to the top of the back. A tight woven pattern will cover the back, with a loose loop connecting the top of the arms with the bottom of the arm frame. Each chair will hold up to 225 pounds of weight.
The table will have a round top with four curved legs. The legs will be connected with a round support ring about halfway down. The tabletop will be the same tight weave of resin wicker as the backs of the chairs.
The table will be 26.5 inches wide on the top and 26.5 inches off the floor.
This whole set will weigh less than 60 pounds, if you have to move it for storage or to another location it should not take an army to move.

The resin wicker will only need a damp cloth to rid it of most spills and debris. Do not use any harsh chemicals as they will damage the finish on the steel frames.
In some cases, the wicker can be repaired in very small areas. If the dog chews on it, it may not be repairable.
The cushions should be stored in a dry location that is out of direct sunlight to make them last more than a few seasons.
The assembly of this patio furniture set will be mostly putting the legs on and the leg brace on the table. The chair seat will come in one piece. Add cushions and you are ready to use.
